A National Convening on Curbing Excessive Wealth & Boosting Working Families

WHEN: Monday, October 5, 2026
WHERE: San Francisco, California

about.

Event Details

Excessive wealth is going to be the defining issue of our political future, and voters across party lines are demanding bold action. US vs. Billionaires is a first-of-its-kind convening bringing together the nation's leading policymakers, economists, organizers, and advocates to strategize how to reduce the power of billionaires and boost the power of working people

California is ground zero: Home to more billionaires than almost any country on earth, an affordability crisis driven in part by concentrated wealth, and leaders already advancing solutions that the rest of the country is watching closely.

Speakers will cover the scale of excessive wealth accumulation, its consequences for democracy and everyday life, the AI-driven wealth transfer, and the tax and political strategies that can turn the tide. We will also be releasing new messaging research focused on the crisis of excessive wealth. Full agenda details coming soon.

This is a c3 event. By attending, you confirm compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standards.
